I'd like to return an item

Whilst we do not offer return due to the nature of our products, if you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) purchased on www.wilkinsonsword.com, less applicable delivery charges, within 30 days of receipt. We will not refund any duties or taxes that were imposed when the order was despatched to the recipient. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing does not apply to any purchases of product(s) made other than on www.wilkinsonsword.com.
